Returns & Warranty Policy

HOBBYWING North America offers a 30-day return window for new, unopened electronics to ensure your complete satisfaction with our high-performance power systems. All returns must be authorized through our support portal and include original packaging and accessories.

Return Process

  Request RMA Authorization

  Log in to your account or contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original retail packaging and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Send your return via a trackable shipping method to our North American service center located in Arizona for inspection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the electronics, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
